|Abstract:||:||Mining large datasets for generating abstractions has been in the focus for last few years. In the present talk we discuss few algorithms for mining large data in the compressed domain. The compression can be lossy or non-lossy. We discuss few algorithms along with their applications on different datasets. Also we briefly discuss on application of some them in the context of 'Last Mile' address classification problem at Flipkart.
